English Cambridge Intensive FCE/CAE Exam Preparation Course (7 weeks)
The 3 Cambridge ESOL Examinations; the First Certificate in English (FCE) for Intermediate level, the Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) for Upper-intermediate and the Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE) for Advanced english speakers are world-renowned exams offered at 3 ability levels. Rigorous preparation programmes develop all the language and examination skills you need to succeed. The courses each blend general language study with specific examination work. This 7 week course includes 1 exam week at the end of the course.
This program has been developed to ensure success in international examinations. Students are taken through a integrated program of class or home study. Progress is reviewed regularly.
The 7-week course is a super accelerated preparation course for First Certificate and Cambridge Advanced Examinations. There are 6 weeks to prepare intensively for the course and the 7th week is the week of the exam.
Please note exam fees and book fees are not included and need to be paid for at school directly. Some exams may take place on a Saturday.

English Plus in Galway: Please note that in Galway there is a vast range of activities that can be booked in conjunction with your English course. These include: Golf, Horseriding, Spa days, Clay pigeon shooting, Sea fishing, Sailing etc. Please ask for details and prices when you make your booking.
A number of activities are available alongside this course, including the sample activities listed below. Please note these may vary and be chargeable.
Walk the promenade in Salthill & kick the wall - a favourite Galway activity. Go to a blue flag beach - there are 6 to choose from. Climb one of the Twelve Pins in Connemara or windsurf in Rusheen Bay or in Roundstone. Enjoy a performance at the Druid, Town Hall, Black Box or Taibhdhearc theatres. Have lunch “al fresco” on Quay Street or share a sandwich with the swans down by the Claddagh. Listen to jazz sessions on a Sunday morning.
