i) Standard Sailing Course: 2 weekly sailing afternoons for students aged 9-11, 12-13 and 14-17 years old;
ii) Intensive Sailing Course: 5 weekly sailing afternoons (only for 14-17 years) at a supplement.
Sailing courses are held Mon-Fri, from 4-6pm, and groups consist of 10 people for each certified state-registered instructor, who speaks French, English and/or German.
The boats used for the courses are Hobby Cat 13s (for ages 11-14) and Hobby Cat 16s (for ages 14-17).
The sailing centre is located at the Giens peninsula, 10km from the campus, on the 'Bergerie' beaches looking across to the islands of Port Cros and Porquerolles. These beaches have a low water level (you can wade out as far as 60m). A snack bar and volleyball court are available nearby. All daily transfers are by private coach. |

The course takes place on 'La Navarre' campus, which boasts a magnificent location in the heart of a vineyard. It is an exceptionally calm and safe setting, particularly adapted to young students. It occupies 5000m² and accommodates 200 students. It is just 12km from the sailing centre and sandy beaches, and there is a free shuttle service (approx 15 mins) running until 23:00 on school days and 01:00 on bank holidays. On-site, students not only benefit from beautiful natural surroundings but also a 16m swimming pool, tv room, sports ground for football, volleyball and basketball, a cafeteria and a theatre for evening shows. |

Activities: |
The school organises a full programme of activities and excursions, which includes: a full-day trip to the 'Iles de Porquerolles', Marseille, or a nautical theme park; a half-day excursion to Le Castellet, Le Lavandou or Bandol, and evening entertainment such as a BBQ evening or crêpes party. The school also has 'Le Kiosque' where students can organise extra activities and excursions with optimum guarantees of safety. Activities available at a supplementary cost include: canoeing, water skiing, laser quest, scuba diving, boat trip to St Tropez, marineland by night, go-karting, bowling, Monaco or Cannes by night, Grasse parfumerie. |

| Accommodation: |
9-11 years: Exclusively on 'La Navarre' campus: full board, adapted levels and a group leader for every 8 students. The accommodation, whilst conforming to all legislation, is in individual cubicles separated by a partition to ensure maximum surveillance.
12-13 years: Almost exclusively on 'La Navarre' campus: full board, an adapted programme, no permission to leave the campus unsupervised, accommodation in rooms of 3 or 4.
14-17 years: Either 'Maintenon' campus, 'La Navarre' campus or with a host family, half board or full board. Parental permission is required for unsupervised leave from the campus. There is a free shuttle service in the afternoon and evenings.

| Meals: |
Students staying on campus will have all meals on campus except on Saturday and Sunday (excursion days).
Students staying with a host family with have breakfast and dinner at the host family and lunches on campus Maintenon. Their course and activities will be with other students on campus. |
