Located some 100 miles south of mainland Britain, Jersey is the most southerly island of the British Isles. It’s actually much closer to France than Britain, and there is certainly a strong French influence there, but the language spoken is English and it’s very much a part of the UK. Jersey may be compact (just 9 miles by 5 miles in size) but it is home to some beautiful and unspoiled countryside and an array of stunning beaches and coastlines. It has long been a popular destination for tourists who want to enjoy the attractive scenery and relaxed pace of life.
The year-round school is situated above the pretty harbour village of St Aubin, a ten minute drive along the bay from Jersey’s main town, St Helier. The school offers a range of English courses for all ages and interests, plus homestay, residence or hotel accommodation. It also provides a weekly activity & social programme and free airport or harbour transfers and a free daily bus to school for those staying in host family accommodation.
