How To Make Your Booking With Cactus - Very Easy!

1. Choose the country, city and course that you wish to attend (the course must last for a minimum of 3 weeks with 15 hours of classes per week): English :: French :: German :: Italian
   
   
2. Make the reservation via our website using the red drop-down menu on the left, or contact us by telephone on the following number: 00 44 (0) 1273 725 200 (Option 3). Then fax or email us the 'Cupón de respuesta' on 00 44 (0) 1273 775 868 or mec@cactuslanguage.com.
   
   
3. As soon as Cactus receives the deposit, we will sign and stamp the M.E.C. document for you to send back to the Ministry. Please do not send us any documents if you have not previously made a reservation or spoken to one of our members of staff.
   
   These are the methods of payment accepted by Cactus:
   
   i) Credit Cards, which incur a banking fee of 2.75%. Please note that even if your card is a debit card in your own country, due to our agency being located in the United Kingdom banks will charge a credit card fee as if you were using your card abroad. We can accept all cards with a Visa logo and Mastercard.
   
   ii) Bank transfer in Euros, which does not incur any extra fees from us. However, you must cover any bank fees applied by your bank when making the bank transfer to Cactus. In order to avoid any delays, please include your full name and reference (which will be provided by Cactus at the time of your booking) to the bank transfer details, and fax or email us the bank confirmation straight away.
   
   
4. Once you have completed the above steps, Cactus will send you an email confirmation for your booking within 48 hours.

Important Information

• Please note that our prices do not include flights
• Please do not purchase any flights unless we have confirmed your booking
• If you have booked accommodation with us, we will need to have your full arrival details as soon as possible
• Please note that our standard length of accommodation is from the Sunday before the start of your course to the Saturday after the last day of class (there are some exceptions, which will be mentioned if they apply to your booking). It is possible to book extra nights on either side, depending on availability.
• If you have booked a language course with Cactus in the past we will offer you a 5% discount.

Como Hacer La Reserva Con Cactus: Es Muy Fácil!

1. Seleccione el país, ciudad y curso que desea hacer (el curso tiene que ser por un mínimo de 3 semanas y 15 horas lectivas semanales): English :: French :: German :: Italian
   
   
2. Haga la reserva a través de nuestra página Web para poder abonar sólo el depósito, o contáctenos por teléfono si tiene menos tiempo: 00 44 (0) 1273 725 200 (Opción 3).
   
   
3. En cuanto Cactus reciba el pago del depósito, firmaremos y sellaremos el documento del MEC para que lo pueda enviar al ministerio. Nos puede enviar el documento por fax: 00 44 1273 775 868 o a través de un archivo adjunto al siguiente correo: mec@cactuslanguage.com. Por favor no nos envíe ningún documento si no ha hecho antes la reserva.
   
   Cactus acepta las siguientes formas de pago:
   
   i) Tarjeta de crédito, la cual incurre una tarifa bancaria del 2.75%. Por favor tengan en cuenta que aunque su tarjeta sea de debito, como nuestra agencia está ubicada en el Reino Unido, el banco aplica la misma tarifa bancaria como si Vd hiciera la compra desde el extranjero. Tan sólo podemos aceptar tarjetas bancarias que tengan el logo Visa o Mastercard.
   
   ii) Transferencia bancaria, la cual no incurre ninguna tarifa bancaria por nuestra parte. Sin embargo si su entidad financiera le impone una tarifa en la transacción, esta cantidad debe ser abonada por Vd y añadida al valor del curso. Para evitar retrasos en su reserva, por favor incluya en la transferencia bancaria sus detalles personales o nuestro código de reserva y mándenos inmediatamente por fax el comprobante bancario al siguiente número: 00 44 (0) 1273 775 868.
   
   
4. Una vez haya hecho los pasos anteriores, Cactus le enviará por e-mail la confirmación de su reserva en 48 horas.

Información Importante:

• Nuestros precios no incluyen vuelos.
• Por favor no compre vuelos hasta que Cactus le haya confirmado la reserva.
• Si ha reservado alojamiento necesitamos recibir lo antes posible sus detalles específicos de llegada a la ciudad donde hará el curso.
• Por favor tenga en cuenta que el alojamiento que ofrecemos, empieza el domingo antes de que comiencen sus clases y acaba el sábado tras el ultimo día de clase, (hay algunas excepciones, pero se lo comunicaremos si es relevante para su reserva). En algunas localidades es posible reservar noches extras, dependiendo de disponibilidad.
