The school is located downtown in the peaceful Andean university town of Merida, set in the foothills of the Venezuelan Andes. Rising above the school on the other side of the river is the world's longest cable car ride taking you up to the snowline and to teh summit of Pico Bolivar, Venezuela's highest mountain.
