This school was founded in 1968 and is situated in the centre of Dublin in the Temple Bar Cultural Quarter, overlooking the river Liffey and very close to the university's Trinity College. During the summer months other locations are used both in the city centre and in modern colleges in the suburbs. English tuition is given by trained tutors experienced in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL). Most tutors have several years' experience teaching abroad, and they use a large amount of video and audio material during class. A language laboratory is available for private study, and textbooks for all courses are included.
