Established in 1976, this city centre school has 12 classrooms which can accommodate 120 students. It has an impressive range of facilities, including a language laboratory, computer room with internet access, self access centre, common room, coffee room and patio-garden. This medium-sized school provides a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere in which to learn English and meet lots of new people. Students range from 17 to 60 in age, and come from many different parts of the world.
It is in a prime location and easily accessible from wherever you stay. Chester is a big enough to offer all the required services and entertainment options, but not to be overwhelming. If you prefer larger cities, both Manchester and Liverpool are within easy reach. The city itself has lots of history which you can explore in your free time, but also has a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, shops and bars.
Free online learning system!
The school is providing an online learning system free of charge to all General and Business students. It is available via the web from any computer, anywhere in the world. This means students can prepare before they arrive, get extra help in school, maintain their English after they leave (there are over 100 lessons available in the library and a new one each week) and have access to the school community to connect with classmates and see what's going on at school. Students get access from the time they sign up.
