San Francisco is one of the USA's most attractive cities. The hilly streets and their famous cable cars provide some spectacular views of the Bay and its famous bridges - Oakland Bay and the Golden Gate. Sitting on the tip of a 30 mile peninsula, San Francisco has the Pacific Ocean to the west and the Bay area to the east. Today the city is a fascinating mix of differing styles, fused over the years from the many alternative and bohemian communities who have made it their home. San Francisco’s reputation as a laid-back and liberal city remains today, and when you combine that with the fantastic scenery, lively entertainment scene and, of course, weather, it makes for a fantastic place to learn English.
Cactus offers a variety of English courses in San Francisco including General English, Business English and Exam Preparation English courses. We currently work with two English language schools in San Francisco, one in the Polk Street business district and the other on Market Street, in the city’s Downtown area. Students have the choice of a range of accommodation options, all of which can be arranged on their behalf.
