When it comes to city living, it doesn’t get much better
than Sydney, Australia’s oldest and also arguably most exciting city. Its wonderful climate is simply the icing on a cake
whose ingredients include stunning natural scenery, a vibrant cultural
and arts scene, funky bars and cutting-edge restaurants, fantastic
shopping and a noticeably laid-back, friendly atmosphere. Hardly
surprising, then, that Sydney attracts people from the all over
the world and today exudes a fresh, cosmopolitan feel that extends
from its sun-drenched beaches to its busy high-rise office blocks.
Playing host to the 2000 Olympic Games seemed no more than a natural
step in its evolvement and there’s no doubt that the future
is promising for this captivating city Down Under. Maybe it is possible
to have your cake and eat it, after all…
